Jackson County Central Fire Department
STATION INFORMATION
Station 1
Station 1 is located at 1045 N Grundy Quarles Hwy in Gainesboro. This station was built in 1989 and was the original and only fire station our department had until 2010. This station currently houses Engine 11, Brush 13, Tanker 15 and Truck 19. This station serves as our main station where all extra equipment and a majority of the department meetings and trainings are held.
Station 6
Station 6 is located at 137 Seven Knobs Rd in the Center Grove Community. This station was the original Southside Fire Department station until our department merger in 2012. This station currently houses Engine 61, Responder 14 and Tanker 75.
Station 7
Station 7 is located at 3500 Jennings Creek Hwy in the Whitleyville Community. This station was built in 1958 as the Jennings Creek School originally and was converted to the fire station and community center when the school was shut down. This building was the original Jennings Creek Fire Department station until our department merger in 2010. This station currently houses Engine 71.
